President and sole Shareholder, involved in all aspects of the development
process as Project Manager including direct investment in projects through Sunliner
Properties Limited, The MAS Properties Group Partnership and others as well as providing
Property Management Services through Skyliner Management and Mainline Property Management
Limited. In addition, the company acts as Consultant to private owners and to
financial institutions in their problem property portfolios providing a full range of
personalized Business Management services in Canada and Mexico. An Office Business
Centre Operation is also performed through the company's subsidiary, Starliner Realty
operation in Canada. Other subsidiaries include The Forum Rollersports Centre,
Maplecrest Sports Stores and Crestline Classic Cars.
President of Crestline Mexico, providing senior management together with Mexican
partners to develop, construct and hold real estate of all types in Mexico including
retirement housing. The company has also created a housing system manufactured in
Mexico to mass produce affordable, modular units.
MOLLENHAUER PROPERTIES LIMITED, TORONTO (1985)
Senior Vice President and co-owner under joint venture contract through Crestline
Development Corporation to run a fully integrated development and property
management company involved in Residential, Medical, Commercial and Industrial projects in
the mid to late 1980's. The most notable project was Dundas Kipling Centre/Kingsgate
in Toronto at the Kipling Subway Transit Hub.
THE CADILLAC FAIRVIEW CORPORATION, TORONTO (1979)
Senior Development Executive involved in all phases of the development process on
large, multi-faceted projects such as office, retail and hotel complexes including land
assembly, re-zoning, co-ordination of consultants and overseeing input from construction,
marketing, finance and operations. The most notable project was Yonge
Corporate Centre at the 401 and Yonge Street in Toronto which included the Evangel Temple
Church, an Historic Restaurant, Subway Link and a 2000 car underground Parking Structure.
THE CO-OPERATORS GROUP LIMITED, GUELPH (1975)
Real Estate Manager involved in all phases of the acquisition and development
process from initial site search to property management for a large insurance company.
Thirty-two buildings in twenty-six cities were developed over a six year
period across Canada. The most notable projects were Heritage Square in Calgary, and
4211 Yonge Street in Toronto.

(1972)
Real Estate Appraiser through the American Appraisal Institute involved in
valuations on all types of properties from $50,000 to $50,000,000 for various government
and private clients utilizing the Market, Cost and Income approaches to value providing a
solid , analytical foundation.
RYERSON POLYTECHNICAL INSTITUTE, TORONTO (1969)
Graduate of the Architecture Programme with special emphasis on design,
engineering, economics, construction theory and building science, completing thirty-six
credits in these disciplines. Also attended the Universities of San Francisco,
Colorado and Connecticut in Real Estate Investment and Development over a four year
period.
