CORPORATE PROFILE
The founding company, Crestline Development Corporation's
mission has been to develop and maintain a profitable and diversified portfolio of income
producing properties in Canada together with running its subsidiary operations in Mexico
and Florida where it is involved in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry.
The Company's experience in developing and re-developing
unique, distinctive, quality properties focuses on condominium and office buildings,
retail centres, retirement properties and some industrial as well as low to medium density
residential. Some 60 development projects have been co-ordinated by the principals
of the firm over the past 25 years.

Work began in the fall of 1983 to form a
new, independent Real Estate operation and in February 1984, Crestline Development
Corporation was incorporated. Later that year, a contract was signed with
Mollenhauer Limited to create and operate a development company, as a separate
profit centre from their 50 year old construction company. |
Five years later, Mollenhauer Properties
Limited had a staff count of well over 20 and a project volume in excess of $150,000
million. Operations included 3 successful joint venture relationships and numerous
financial connections, largely as a result of Crestline leadership. In March of
1990, the operation was turned over to the family in good health with excellent prospects
for the future.
| Currently, Crestline has access to a diversified complement
of Development Officers and Consultants, Architectural and Construction co-ordinators
together with Marketing, Sales and Leasing representatives. In addition to Property
Managing its own projects, this highly respected group is retained by various institutions
and clients to develop, workout and operate a mixed portfolio of Real Estate. |

Most recently, Chrestline has been focusing on
the seniors market. The most recent of which is a proposal call in Etobicoke (Toronto),
Ontario that propses an Independent Seniors Apartment Building, Retirement Home and Long
